Which kit fits your Volkswagen Golf

Halogen bulbs in your Golf's interior are dim and yellow, and they burn out over time. This kit swaps them for LEDs that are 350% brighter and available in colors like purple, deep blue, and blue. The Canbus design prevents dashboard error messages on compatible models. Everything is plug and play, so you are not splicing wires or modifying anything.

Installing it

Start by turning off your interior lights and letting bulbs cool if they have been on. Use the included removal tool to gently pry out the old bulbs, and avoid touching the new LED contacts with bare fingers. Work in a well-lit area and test each bulb before fully reinstalling the lens covers.

1. Pop the lens covers off. They clip in, and they come off with a firm pull. Start at one corner.
2. Pull the old bulb out. Push the new LED in.
3. Turn the light on. If it does not light up, pull it out and flip it 180 degrees. LEDs are polarity sensitive.
4. Work through the remaining locations the same way, then re-seat any loose lens.
