Installing it
Work with the car off and let bulbs cool if they were recently on. A plastic trim tool is included with the kit, and it helps you pop covers without scratching plastic or cracking brittle clips. If a new LED does not light, pull it and flip it 180 degrees in the socket.
- Pop the lens covers off. They clip in, and they come off with a firm pull. Start at one corner.
- Pull the old bulb out. Push the new LED in.
- Turn the light on. If it does not light up, pull it out and flip it 180 degrees. LEDs are polarity sensitive.
