Installing it
Most of the work is plastic trim, so use a trim removal tool instead of a flathead screwdriver to avoid scratching panels. Work with the ignition off and let bulbs cool if they were recently on. Test each bulb as you go so you do not have to backtrack later.
- Pop the lens covers off. They clip in, and they come off with a firm pull. Start at one corner.
- Pull the old bulb out. Push the new LED in.
- Turn the light on. If it does not light up, pull it out and flip it 180 degrees. LEDs are polarity sensitive.
- Work through the remaining locations the same way, then re-seat any loose lens.
