Installing it
Pop the plastic lens covers off with a trim tool or a small flathead screwdriver, then pull the old bulb straight out of its socket. LED bulbs are polarity-sensitive, so if one does not light up, flip it around before pushing it back in. Work with the interior lights switched off and give the old bulbs a second to cool if they were just on.
- Pop the lens covers off. They clip in, and they come off with a firm pull. Start at one corner.
- Pull the old bulb out. Push the new LED in.
- Turn the light on. If it does not light up, pull it out and flip it 180 degrees. LEDs are polarity sensitive.
- Work through the remaining locations the same way, then re-seat any loose lens.
