Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your package is dispatched.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer simple, transparent flat‑rate shipping:
Orders under $70.00 USD: Flat shipping fee of $8.00 USD.
Orders $70.00 USD and above: Free standard shipping worldwide.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and all EU member states. If your region is not listed at checkout, please contact us for a custom quote.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days from the ship date. This applies to most destinations in North America and the EU. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly due to remote area surcharges, customs processing, or peak seasons – we appreciate your patience.

All prices include tax.
Tracking & Lost Packages
All orders include tracking. If your package is delayed beyond the estimated window or marked as delivered but not received, please reach out to our support team within 3 days. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If a package is returned due to an address error, re‑shipping costs will be the buyer’s responsibility.
